Father Playing with Daughters

I grew up in a law enformcent family. My dad was a Philly LT and a dedicated father. The memories I have with my dad are ones that I cherish and will remember for the rest of my life. While he had a huge impact on Philly PD, caught a lot of bad guys; our family is my dad's legacy.

It isn't always talked about but it is no secret that this is not the norm for police families. Between the hectic schedules, traumatizing scenarions, constant hypervigilance, and more - the family will often take a back seat. This usually happens unintentionally and as kids, we don't necessarily have the vocabulary or understanding to vocalize our experience.

Law enforcement families don't get all the tools they need. Family imact, proper coping skills, mental health, these are things that aren't always properly addressed in the academy or in trainings. I want more LE families to have experiences like mine but the idea of connection and making memories can be overwhelming and daunting; especially with crazy schedules & mandatory overtime. I am putting together a series of events that will allow you to connect with your kids - easily. Attend these events and walk away with a sweet memory that will stay with you both, forever.

Something that you can look back on in 20, 30 years together.
